not entirely clear. What happens to me is that someone has put an ATM in a store. The aircraft was damaged. Now the machine owner is willing to pay the store owner for damages? Read the contract. ATMs someone held without a detailed contract. not specifically detailed, but it is expected that when someone responsible in the possession of property of another person.

Perhaps someone has the following questions. I do not. Just read these lines, is the absence of a signed document, not that there is no contract. The courts must decide whether there was an agreement on the insurance. Moreover, the question of the duty of a parent or guardian. If you are establishing and maintaining the property of someone who has rights and whether that right has been violated depends on the cause of the fire. A trustee does not guarantee the security of property, but it was the duty of care.
