Of course not! Post-op transsexual women don't have any testicles. How do I know this? Because I'm a post-op transsexual woman. Our genitals look exactly like those of genetic females. To be exact, one who has had a hysterectomy.

Sex with a woman after surgery is no different from sex with a woman's genetic. The only difference is the lubrication and the fact that they have no ovaries.
