Isostatic Rebound In Relation To Lowlands How Far South Of A Glaciated Area Is The Compression Of The Crust Felt?

How far south of a glaciated area is the compression of the crust felt? - isostatic rebound in relation to lowlands

I live in Kent, England. During the Ice Age, this area is at 150 or 200 miles south of the ice covered large areas in the north. The weight of the ice in the northern regions of the cortex compression, but compression until you get to Kent? We fluvial terraces here and thought I needed a time of rest after the isostatic icing of the following options for the form. My guess is that the space has been compressed and therefore in the context of recovering after the melting of glaciers. What confuses me, however, that Kent is slowly declining, while growing slowly, the northern areas. Please help!
