Titin is a muscle protein, for its huge size - the gene name has the largest known coding sequence 80,781 bases of DNA. How many amino acids?
Not sure my answer, but I hope they get the right formula. That's what I did:
* 80,781 DNA bases (330 amino acids acids/1000 DNA bases) = 26,657.73 amino acids.
Is that correct?

All three bases is the code for an amino acid, this is known as a codon. But it is a stop codon and therefore would be less overall.
I would say 26,927 to 1 = 26,926.
